Share a gift of Hope to a
child with a basic needs
"From a small seed and a lot of dedication you can obtain over time, a large tree that bears good fruit. Everything good in life has a beginning no matter how small it is", this is how in 2010, CMI takes its first steps helping with some of the needs faced by the most disadvantaged children and their communities. Working with local churches and the department of young adults. CMI is established as a non-profit organization, which was named: Mision Juvenil, Inc.
With the dream of serving the most disadvantaged, governed by the biblical passage of Matthew 25:40, Cristhiam & Yeni Quiroga begin an organization that bears the name: Youth Mission.
First missionary trip to the city of La Ceiba, Honduras; where help was provided to children with basic needs, in neighborhoods marginalized by our society.
In honor of the memory of Jayson Quiroga, the idea of working big is repeated, in favor of children and their communities, which lack many resources.
As a result of a missionary trip to the Navajo Reserve, Arizona; Cristhiam & Yeni Quiroga, together with Alek Souza, begin a new stage in what would be the new face of Youth Mission.
Finally, at the end of this year, and by the same desire to work at the service of children and their most disadvantaged communities, CMI (Children Mission International) is created.
This year we continue our work in the Kogui community, where we manage a great project to benefit the natives, which includes: school classrooms, a drinking water tower and a health center.
We continue working on the management of new projects (Guatemala, Kenya) that will benefit hundreds of children and their communities. We count on the help of God and the contributions of each of the donors committed to this cause.
